1.  You need to write the name of all authors, their affiliation and email id as per the paper by double click on the yellow-colored highlighted text.
For example; Mary Simona, University of Pitesti, Romania Email ID: ms@gmail.com, Anrew Nagan, University of Budapest, Hungary Email ID; bps@gmail.com

2.  You need to specify only one name of the corresponding author with the email id. For example; Anrew Nagan, University of Budapest, Hungary Email ID; bps@gmail.com

3. In 2.1. you have to write the title of your paper.

4. At page number 5, below your "signature of the corresponding author", image of signature in jpeg of size [1.5 x 1.5 inches] should be copied. Write the next to the signature towards right side. Only corresponding author has to sign the form on behalf of all author.

5. Send the docx filled form using step 1 to step 4. Please do not make any change other than these four places as mentioned above using step 1 to 4.
