Name: Dr. Richard Evans Affiliation: Brunel University, London, UK
Title of Keynote The Role of Open Innovation and Knowledge Management for improving 'Connectedness' in Global Engineering.
Dr. Richard is a Senior Lecturer in Human Factors for Design at Brunel University London. He is an established academic with research, teaching and supervision experience in the fields of social product development, digital innovation, virtual collaboration, and knowledge management. He has several years industrial experience having worked for the UK’s largest home furnishings organisation, Dunelm Mill Ltd., as an Online Product Manager, and conducted research for his Ph.D. in the world's second largest aerospace, defence and security organisation, BAE Systems plc. Before joining Brunel University London, Richard was employed as a Senior Lecturer in Information Management at the University of Westminster. From 2013-15, he worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Innovative Product Development and Manufacturing (CiPDM) at The University of Greenwich, specialising in the research field of Knowledge Management for Collaborative Product Development, exploring the use of collaborative web-based technologies to improve knowledge management and virtual collaboration within globally-dispersed manufacturing organisations. He sits on the Editorial Board for the IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management and is also a regular reviewer for The International Journal of Production Research, The International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, The Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management and The Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences. To date, he has published over 50 scientific papers in recognised journals and conference proceedings and has built a successful network of partners spread over four continents, including China, Mexico, Turkey and the United States of America.

Title of Keynote Nature Inspired Optimization Techniques - Advances, Open Problems and Applications.
Dr. Kusum Deep, is a full Professor, with the Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India and Visiting Professor, Liverpool Hope University, UK and University of Technology Sydney, Australia. With B.Sc Hons & M.Sc Hons. School from Centre for Advanced Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh, she is an M.Phil Gold Medalist. She earned her PhD from UOR (now IIT Roorkee) in 1988. She has been a national scholarship holder and a Post Doctoral from Loughborough University, UK assisted by International Bursary funded by Commission of European Communities, Brussels. She has won numerous awards like Khosla Research Award, UGC Career Award, Starred Performer of IITR Faculty, best paper awards by Railway Bulletin of Indian Railways, special facilitation in memory of late Prof. M. C. Puri, AIAP Excellence Award. She has authored two books, supervised 20 PhDs, and published 125 research papers. She is a Senior Member of ORSI, CSI, IMS and ISIM. She is the Executive Editor of International Journal of Swarm Intelligence, Inderscience. She is Associate Editor of Swarm and Evolutionary Algorithms, Elsevier and is on the editorial board of many journals. She is the Founder President of Soft Computing Research Society, India. She is the General Chair of series of International Conference on Soft Computing for Problems Solving (SocProS). Her research interests are Evolutionary Algorithms, Swarm Intelligence and nature inspired optimization techniques and their applications

Madhuri Bhavsar is currently working as Professor and Head of the Computer Science and Engineering Department and has over two decades of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She did her BTech in Computer Engineering from SSGMCE Shegaon and her ME with specialization in Microprocessor Systems and Applications from MS University. She received her PhD degree from Nirma University in the field of High Performance Computing in 2012. She is a recipient of the "ISTE Best Engineering College Teacher, State of Gujarat" award for the year 2017, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the academic community and the students. She is also recipient of the "Best Research Paper Award" in 2019, 2017 and 2005 at IEEE International and National Conferences held at Pune, Jalgaon and Surat respectively. Dr Madhuri’s main field of interest is Cloud Computing and she has research project grants of Rs 85 lacs for 5 research projects, each from GUJCOST, Space Application Center - ISRO, Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), DAE and DST, to her credit. She has chaired and successfully organised the International Conference ‘NUiCONE 2015’, in technical collaboration with IEEE and Taylor and Francis, co-chaired 'NUiCONE 2013' and has also handled ISTE Gujarat section activities as Secretary. Her field of specialization are High Performance Computing, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing and Software Defined Networking. Dr Madhuri is a registered PhD guide at Nirma University and is currently supervising six PhD scholars. Recently, two scholars have successfully completed PhD under her guidance. Dr Madhuri has published / presented a number of papers at International and National level Journals and Conferences. She has also authored/edited three books in the field of "High Performance Computing". Dr Madhuri has worked as a technical reviewer and has been on the advisory board for various International conferences and Journals.
